Founder of AMAR DAS
For over 20 years I have been teaching the art and science of Kundalini Yoga, I am KRI Lead Trainer and International Trainer for Level 1 and 2.
Since my first encounter with Kundalini Yoga I have dedicated myself to the teachings of Yogi Bhajan and inspire others in their process to grow spiritually and live more consciously. I meet my students with heart and joy.
Together with my wife Sat Kirn I run the AMAR DAS Kundalini Yoga Center, a place of encounter, joy and spiritual growth. A centre for practicing, learning and sharing the wisdom of Yogi Bhajan.
I practice Sat Nam Rasayan, Shiatsu and sound massage as well as sound meditation.
In my treatments I combine my knowledge about shamanic techniques, spiritual healing and sound.

To see and experience the changes and the personal growth through the Kriyas and meditations and by passing on the teachings of Yogi Bhajan in my students and in myself, gives me great joy.
Together with my husband Nirmal I run the AMAR DAS Kundalini Yoga Center, a place of encounter, joy and spiritual growth. A centre for practicing, learning and sharing the wisdom of Yogi Bhajan.
For over 10 years I have been teaching yoga for pregnant women and postnatal yoga. Accompanying women in their different phases is always a new and beautiful experience for me.
Andrea Har Anand
I have been a dance, music and movement enthusiast since my youngest days. When I came to Vienna in 2000, my being led me to Kundalini Yoga, where I completed my training as a Kundalini Yoga teacher in 2007. Since then I have been teaching with all the highs and lows of a teacher and a student at the same time. I see myself as a “translator” with a view of the here and now and especially the connection to the physical level and the processes taking place in the Kriyas, Pranayamas and Meditations, which Yogi Bhajan has given us as a powerful tool.
“You understand Kundalini Yoga through DOing – going inside you, communicating with you, loving “staying tuned”. With Kundalini yoga you put a seed in yourself and your true ME slowly grows outwards, then envelops you in full splendor in warming harmony.”
Yoga was for me at the beginning a physical balance, then a philosophical approach to the questions of life and in the end it became a philosophy of life. Yoga helps me and all people who are interested in recognizing who we really are and to get grace and dignity through service and our personal commitment.

Kundalini Yoga has changed my life, it is the best way for me to consciously discover my inner self. Through regular practice I experience my physical abilities and my mental strength and come more and more to inner peace and conscious being in the here and now. To be able to share these experiences as a teacher, to pass on the teachings of Yogi Bhajan and to enable conscious changes and personal growth, fills me with joy and gratitude.

Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Level 1; Pre and Postnatal Yoga Training; Yoga Therapy Training and Hormone Yoga in Kundalini Yoga
My first experience with Yoga was in 2007 when I joined my friend for a session out of curiosity. I have been fascinated by Yoga ever since. Part of the reasons why I continued with Yoga was not only the fact that my body started to feel greater due to the exercises but it has also provided a great balance to me from a mental point of view.
A couple of years later, I decided to take a Teacher Training in order to become a Yoga instructor myself. I was passionate (and still am) about the in-depth knowledge obtained from the tools of Kundalini Yoga which is also enriching my life. Further, I also took a Teacher Training for Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga as well as advanced training for Ayurveda Basics and Hormonal Yoga.
It is of great interest to me to teach Kundalini Yoga and Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga in order to pass on my enthusiasm to others – and by doing so to electrify the audience!
Dariusz Sunder Kirtan
Gong teacher and player, Kundalini Yoga teacher and lover of Free Spirit Jazz music. In the years 2007 – 2013 I completed the singing bowl training after Peter Hess and the gong training after Don Conreaux as well as numerous workshops in the area of GongYoga and Gong e.g. with Dr. Herbert Seitz. Together with my wife Alena, I have been organizing various events for over 12 years: gong baths, gong pujas, concerts and gong trainings.
I teach yoga classes, lead women’s circles and workshops as well as individual sessions on yoga, menstruation, cycle knowledge and female health.
Since I was 17 years old I have been engaged in consciousness and energy work on an emotional, mental and physical level. With my work I accompany especially women on their way to consciously lived femininity. In my Kundalini Yoga classes I mix gentle exercises with challenging asanas to energize the body and calm the mind.
B.A. Cultural Manager, Kundalini & Yin Yoga Teacher, Sacred Femininity Coach and Vaginal Steaming Practitioner.
For me, Kundalini Yoga means above all to make experiences. All experiences that help me to see myself as I am – and how I can become.
Every experience of inner movements, of all resistances, of all patterns, of all energies, of my capacity for love and happiness and also of the opposite – indiscriminately experiences of everything that defines me. I want to bring the greatness of Kundalini Yoga, and with it their life, closer to other people.
Kundalini Yoga Teacher Level 2 as a mentee of Nirmal Singh in a mentoring program at the end of which I am allowed to train Kundalini Yoga teachers.

I first came into contact with yoga in Nepal in 2004 and since then it has been an important part of my life. For this gift I am infinitely grateful and happy to share it with other people. “If you want to go beyond yourself, you have to descend into yourself.” – Tibetan Wisdom

My first encounter with Kundalini Yoga was “love at first sight” – with an immediate effect on body, mind and soul. Yogi Bhajan’s teachings are not denominational and only one of many sources of strength, inspiration and growth from which one can draw. However, I like their depth and diversity and above all the physical aspect of self-awareness and self-training. As a teacher I can give back my gratitude by supporting others to have similar experiences.

I have been involved with meditation and healing for years and have found my way in Sat Nam Rasayan, a meditative healing art from the tradition of Kundalini Yoga according to the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, which I would like to share with other people.

The truth is in many teachings. The only question is which one you find a personal approach to and which experiences you can take with you. As different as Hatha and Kundalini Yoga appear, the beauty and potential for your own development lies in both traditions.

For 15 years I have been engaged in energy work – yoga, Qi Gong, breathing and meditation. My body sensation as a senior now enables me to create a training for elderly people, who trust their body to be adapted to their age but still demanding movement and have joy in doing so.
