With gentle Hatha Yoga and guided deep relaxation you sink deeper into yourself. Slight stretching at the beginning of the session will help to release blockages. Then you can lie down, close your eyes and listen. Neither awake nor asleep you enter a state of rest. From the deeper layers of your consciousness you let everything draw that does not serve you: beliefs, fears, worries or stress. A heart desire that you have chosen may anchor itself in your subconscious and is invited to grow further.
