Everyone is invited and welcome &#8211; also without Kundalini Yoga previous experience.<br \/>\nPlease note: Our Sadhana classes appear in the regular <a href=\"https:\/\/amardas.at\/en\/schedule\/classes\/\">timetable<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>That is why the common Sadhana is so valuable<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nThe term sadhana stands for the daily morning yoga practice. In <a href=\"https:\/\/amardas.at\/en\/schedule\/stundenbeschreibung\/kundalini-class-structure\/\">Kundalini Yoga<\/a> we practice the so-called <a href=\"https:\/\/amardas.at\/en\/wissenswertes\/ueber-aquarian-sadhana\/\">Aquarian Sadhana<\/a>. To meet in the early hours for yoga is a true gift for many people. You will meet in silence to have a personal yet shared experience in the group. You meet yourself on a very special basis: pure and free, because the experiences of the day are yet to come and each morning in a different way. In this way you can develop a basis for possible challenges and accompany your own process even better. Sadhana in a group can also support you in developing a regular, personal practice. Why Yoga in the morning is recommended for everyone and what constitutes a Sadhana in Kundalini Yoga can be found in the <a href=\"https:\/\/amardas.at\/en\/wissenswertes\/ueber-aquarian-sadhana\/\">detailed description of the Aquarian Sadhana<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Structure of a class<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nIn Amar Das we follow for 2.5 hours the sequence of an Aquarian Sadhana:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recitation of the Japji, also called poem of the soul<\/li>\n<li>Tuning in with three times &#8220;Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>One or more Kriya(s)<\/li>\n<li>Deep relaxation<\/li>\n<li>Meditating together chanting seven given mantras<\/li>\n<li>Tuning out with &#8220;May the long time&#8221; and three times &#8220;Sat Nam&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can bring your own Japji or borrow it in Amar Das. You can also get an overview of the mantras in the center, so that you can participate at any time without preparation.
