My process of change began. I think I was not really satisfied with myself and my life. But I didn&#8217;t know how to change this circumstance. Yoga helped me to tackle the change I so much wanted.<br \/>\nImmediately after my basic training I started Level II. With the advanced training I wanted to deepen my understanding and knowledge of Kundalini Yoga, Asanas, Yoga Philosophy and Ayurveda.<br \/>\nKundalini guided and supported me. On my mat I began a conscious relationship with myself. In 2005 I became a mentor and teacher trainer with Karta Singh (France) and deepened my training to Level III. At the same time I learned with Guru Dev and Sven Butz the meditative healing art Sat Nam Rasayan in Germany.<br \/>\nSince 2013 I have been teaching at Lake Weissensee and the surrounding area. Furthermore, I am part of the training team for teacher training Level 1 at Lake Weissensee and am passing through the Aquarian Trainer Academy (ATA) on my way to becoming an Associate.<br \/>\nIn Germany I have been teaching adults, children and teenagers in many different institutions for about 14 years.<br \/>\nMy training as a life consultant and constellation trainer in connection with yogic teaching enables me to quickly identify problem areas and offer effective tools for solving them.<br \/>\nMy special concern is to teach the methods and techniques in a humorous, empathetic and practical way.
