Saturdays: 9:00 – 18:00
Sundays:  9:00 – 17:00
*Sadhana/morning practice of yoga & meditation is held on Sat & Su from 5:30 – 8:00.

Will take place in the beautiful rooms at the wonderful Amar Das

Instructors:

Nirmal Singh (Leadtrainer)

For over 20 years Nirmal Singh has been teaching the art and science of Kundalini Yoga, he is KRI lead trainer for levels 1 and 2. Since his first encounter with Kundalini Yoga he has dedicated himself to the teachings of Yogi Bhajan and inspires others in their process to grow spiritually and live more consciously. He meets his students with heart and joy. Together with his wife Sat Kirn he runs the Kundalini Yoga Centre Amar Das in Vienna. He practices Sat Nam Rasayan, is a spiritual family constellator and instructor for gong and singing bowl work.
