Kundalini Yoga means for me above all to make experiences. All experiences that help me to see myself as I am – and how I can become. Every experience of inner movements, all resistances, all patterns, all energies, my capacity for love and happiness and also the opposite – indiscriminately experiences of everything that makes me what I am. I want to bring the greatness of Kundalini Yoga, and with it their lives, to other people.
Kundalini Yoga Teacher Level 2, as a mentee of Nirmal Singh in a mentoring program, at the end of which I am allowed to train Kundalini Yoga teachers.
Circling Facilitator. Life and social counsellor. Coach.
Amar Dev Kaur
There are professions that describe me: I’m a psychologist, social worker, yoga teacher, coach.
There are hobbies that are characteristic for me: I like movement, preferably in nature, be it dancing, running, hiking, swimming, climbing, … In general I enjoy being in nature.
There are values/virtues that are basal in my life: compassion, love, gentleness, … There are goals that influence my path, one of them is: Where I go I don’t want to leave burnt grass behind but see flowers blooming.
My yoga teacher once asked, “And who/what are you when everything else falls away?”
I’m human. I make mistakes, I love and feel, I think, sometimes I can also wait and fast. I stumble forward with my head upright on a path that is actually quite good. On this way I make some experiences that turn out to be learning opportunities and give me one or the other insight.
